What You Will Do

• Managing Accounts Payable team of three analysts ensuring accurate and timely processing of global vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements and vendor payments across the entire company in North America, EMEA and APAC
• Coaching and mentoring AP team including regular one-to-one meetings with the team members, team meetings and quarterly and annual employee evaluation sessions.
• Continued focus on process improvements, controls and automation
• KPI setting and reporting.
• Reconciliation and review of AP-related general ledger accounts
• Management and reconciliation of US unclaimed property reporting
• Management of US Form1099 annual reporting to the IRS. Preparing the data for reporting, collecting W-9 forms, and reporting the paid amounts with external reporting tool.
• Coupa procure-to-pay system administrator responsibilities includingupdating user accounts, permissions, settings, approval workflows, etc. and being the Coupa knowledge leader for the company
• Dun & Bradstreet company credit score tracking and improvements.
• Invoice review and approval in Coupa.
• Bank open items management including assigning items to team members and investigating unknown items.
• Collaboration with procurement and vendor managers and IT department with any system or integration issues.
• Managing global company T&E policy and auditing and processing of global employee expense reimbursement reports
• Projects and M&A participation.
• Providing information for audit requests.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields (equivalent working experience is also acceptable);
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Experience in supervising and mentoring other team members
• Experience with Excel, MS Office
• Experience in creating and implementing financial processes and controls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and management
• Excellent communication in spoken and written English
• Global experience with US AP experience an advantage
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Workday is an advantage
