Bloomberg Live Experiences, the live events platform of Bloomberg News and Media, delivers compelling, news-making convenings that harness the power of our global, wide-reaching newsroom and enable our premium audiences with the actionable insights and meaningful connections they need to succeed in work and in life.

As the APAC Audience Manager, reporting to the Executive Director of Audience, you will work closely with the Bloomberg Live Experiences (BLE) team in recruiting high level executives to attend investment and sustainability events in 2025.

We'll trust you to:

  • Develop and define in collaboration with wider BLE team, target audience profiles for select investment and sustainability events
  • Curate invitation lists for events through internal databases as well as build and expand through thoughtful research and lead generation
  • Perform direct outreach to executives for events as well as segmented outreach for editorial and sponsored breakout sessions
  • Develop invitation copy and marketing collateral to generate audience interest in events
  • Manage RSVPs and support registration pre-event and onsite

You'll need to have:

  • 3-5 years of professional marketing, communications/PR or sales experience
  • Superior attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Flexibility with hours and ability to take occasional early morning or evening calls with global BLE team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Word, Excel and Google Drive

We'd love to see:

  • Experience in event marketing and attendee acquisition
  • Proven flexibility/adaptability to change in a dynamic global environment
  • Successful track-record building productive relationships internally and externally
