APAC Industrial Mining Territory Leader

DESCRIPTION

Cummins Australia is seeking a strong Techno - Commercial mining professional to join us as an APAC Industrial Mining Territory Leader .

This role could be based anywhere within Australia.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide market strategy support and execution for Mining segment in the region; main commercial support, responsible to drive OEM adoption in the region and enable DBU to establish and maintain optimum relationship levels with Mining end-users in the region.
• Act as amining leader support and development for Pillar 2 (DBU business leader); ensure delivery and execution of needed channel capabilities and channel management activities- 4 Pillar assessments, decisions, etc.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with fleet performance targets for key accounts; product performance issue monitoring towards resolution + roadblock removal; advocate for necessary field action either centrally funded by Cummins or local distributor
• Collaborate directly at a peer level with the regional DBU Mining team & OEM/ End User acct teams; ensure communication is happening at all levels - regionally and centrally (IM International, Cust. Experience, OEM, AM; DBU & MRC, etc.).
• Provide forecasting and demand planning for APAC Mining

• 10 Plus years of experience in Mining sector, with preference for a prior background in a Techno - commercial role
• Communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Deep expertise and knowledge of Mining sector and products within Heavy Horse Power industry
• Strong service & customer-centric mindset to build lasting relationships both internally and externally
• University/College Degree or diploma would be preferred
