- Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office
- Assist with weather related cleanup as needed
- Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms
- Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects
- Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents
 
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Basic computer skills and smart phone use
- Ability to take direction and work independently through task completion
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.

- Education: High school diploma or GED. Technical training or certifications in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred. 
- Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field. 
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. 
- Experience ordering supplies, creating purchase orders, and processing invoices 
- Experience managing, scheduling and overseeing vendors, contractors and suppliers 
- Proficient in using hand and power tools. 
- Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Experience and ability using smart devices and property management software. 
- EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date. 
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date. 
 
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods. 
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
