appflame - Senior/Lead Finance Manager

Your project: AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery, advertising network, SaaS solution for user retention. Our products have millions of users from all over the world – North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Senior/Lead Finance Manager responsible for AdConnects’ finance function development, including reporting, controlling, budgeting and other related areas. In this role, you’ll work closely with the company’s senior management, including the CEO of AdConnect and the CFO of appflame. In this role, your scope of responsibilities will not be limited only to finance-related tasks, but also include contribution to the achievement of general business goals and deep involvement in operations of our non-tech departments with the possibility of taking ownership of other company’s functions in future.

You will:

• Work closely with company management on the development and execution of company strategy.
• Work closely with the finance department (CFO, treasury) as well as the legal department on the achievement of departments’ goals.
• Prepare of financial statements of the company, including BS, P&L and CF statement.
• Contribute to successful completion of external audits of company’s legal entities.
• Improve of the working capital management system, improve of capital turnover metrics.
• Participate in other tasks and projects, including market and competitors' research, investment analysis, preparation of materials for stakeholders etc.
• Develop of budgeting processes to ensure efficient use of the company’s resources.
• Develop of controlling and reconciliation processes.
• Take part in OKRs planning processes and contribute to their achievement at the company/project/department level.
  

From you:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Big4 and/or international companies in finance roles.
• Experience working with international jurisdictions, advanced knowledge of IFRS/GAAP.
• Experience or knowledge in areas related to investment and financial analysis/modelling, market and company research.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Readiness to take new opportunities beyond current responsibilities.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.
  
• Great presentation skills.

Will be an advantage:

• АССA/CFA/CIMA certifications.
• Experience with product IT related companies or projects.
