The Digital Products Application Administrator is responsible for the management and upkeep of multiple digital systems at Cambria supporting our ecommerce and marketing teams. Current systems include Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Marketo, Yext, Algolia, and Shopify. This role will be responsible for integrations, setting administration and optimization, daily management and upkeep (including release assessment and management), and overall subject matter expertise for these systems.
This position is within the Digital Program Management and Engineering Team and will partner with the Business Owner, key stakeholders and work closely with the Technical Product Owners and Product Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as administrator for Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Marketo, Yext, Algolia, and Shopify to drive optimal system performance and adoption, provide system support, and proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
- Work closely with our key account reps to ensure Cambria is in front of major changes, updates, new releases, and more
- Be part of the change control process to ensure all necessary parties are aware of system updates
- Manage all processes that impact / relate to these systems with a goal to provide seamless and efficient roll out of new capabilities
- Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other system specific requirements
- Partner with Cambria data teams to ensure needed system, user and activity data is pushed to Cambria's data warehouse for reporting and analysis
- Evaluate software and system functional specifications through scrum ceremonies and user story refinement sessions to ensure work items delivered are consumable data for Cambria
- Partner with external vendors to develop and maintain Cambria's technology integrations, and facilitate testing of new products and features as it relates to the referenced application
- Research, testing and integration of 3rd party tools to improve employee success and customer experience and satisfaction
- Provide support to overall road-mapping of future technical process improvement and/or systems updates and changes
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with business owners, product managers, architects, developers, product owners, and other team members
- Lead efforts to build automation workflows from defined business process requirements
- Maintain Systems documentation knowledge-base utilizing Atlassian's Confluence tool
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with integration tools and general systems integration knowledge
- Proven success as a key member of a matrixed, cross-functional team; able to work equally well with people in business, creative, and technical positions
- Able to apply sound judgment while working independently within tight timelines
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Excellent oral and written communicator, with great interpersonal skills
- Proven technical writing skills specifically in system documentation and diagramming
- Ability to define business processes and write technical requirements
- Solid technical background, experience managing technical projects, and hands-on technical experience
- Demonstrated commitment to helping customers, system users, or patrons in solving problems or locating information with a sense of urgency
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or prior experience in related field is preferred
Experience: 3+ years of experience with an IT/Digital team
Systems: Adobe AEM, Marketo, Yext, and Algolia is desired. Knowledge of similar types of tools is necessary

Travel Requirements: May be required to travel between Cambria locations
Physical Requirements: This is an office position requiring phone and computer use.
