Application Architect: SAP HANA Basis

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Architect at IBM you’ll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies tools techniques and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role you will be responsible for:
Your primary responsibilities include:

• Design and configure solutions for S/4 HANA implementations and migrations by using an agile framework.
• Share technical inputs and best practices to the delivery team to conduct successful outcomes for our clients.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and customize a plan to take their implementations to the next level.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations SAP sizing application design and configuration. Strong expertise in both Greenfield and Brownfield migration projects.
• Experience with SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) implementing RISE-related policies and procedures including BASIS coordination.
• Expertise in disaster recovery (DR) setup for SAP environments.
• Certification from leading hyperscale platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Advanced experience in performance troubleshooting RCA generation and tools for SAP environments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cloud integration.
• Strong track record in SAP S/4HANA upgrades and database management (SAP HANA Oracle SQL Server etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
