* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into application solutions.
* Configure customize and test business applications (e.g. ERP CRM HR Finance Supply Chain etc.) to meet organizational needs.
* Provide expert guidance on system capabilities integration points and best practices.
* Support end-to-end implementation projects including requirement gathering solution design testing training and post-go-live support.
* Conduct data analysis and reporting to improve process efficiency and system utilization.
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth application deployment and integration with other business systems.
* Document business processes functional specifications and system configurations.
* Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
* Stay updated on application enhancements new features and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
* Bachelor’s or above degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
* Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance HR Procurement or Supply Chain.
* Experience in system configuration functional testing and user training.
* Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Knowledge of project management and software implementation methodologies.
