Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Vivência/experiência em projetos como especialista em Monitoração e Gestão de Eventos em ITSM (Information Technology Service Management);
  • Responsável por monitorar e gerenciar eventos relacionados à infraestrutura de TI de uma organização visando a que os serviços de TI sejam entregues de forma eficiente e com qualidade;
  • Monitoramento e análise de Eventos para determinar a causa raiz do problema e avaliar o impacto nos serviços de TI;
  • Gestão de Incidentes comunicação com equipes;
  • Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria contínua e implementar mudanças para melhorar a eficiência e a qualidade dos serviços de TI;
  • Validação de que os processos e procedimentos de monitoramento e gestão de eventos estejam em conformidade com as políticas e regulamentações da organização.
