* Develop configure and enhance ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request CMDB Knowledge Management etc.).
* Design and implement workflows automation rules UI customizations business logic and integration scripts based on operational requirements.
* Manage the ITSM application lifecycle including planning testing release management deployment and documentation.
* Analyze business/user requirements and convert them into technical solutions within the ITSM platform.
* Build dashboards reports and metrics related to SLA/OLA performance and IT service delivery.
* Integrate ITSM platforms with external systems (LDAP/Active Directory monitoring tools ERP HRIS third-party applications).
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide second/third-level support for ITSM applications.
- Having work experience at least 4 years as Application Developer - IT Service Management.
- Hands on with JIRA and SQL postman SoapUI Selenium Katalon Java Git Phyton.
