Your role and responsibilities
- Participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle such as design code implementation testing and support.
- Create software that enables your clients' hybrid cloud and AI journeys.
- Engage comprehensively in all process phases including design development testing release changes and troubleshooting when necessary all while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Analytical problem-solving and solution enhancement: Analyze validate and propose corrective and adaptive maintenance to existing failures with the support of the architect and technical leader.
- Monitor app health (APM logs metrics) respond to alerts and handle L2/L3 tickets.
- Please diagnose and resolve production issues and escalate to development teams or vendors with clear timelines and supporting evidence.
- Maintain runbooks SOPs dashboards and knowledge base articles.
- Operate on-call rotations and major-incident bridges; communicate status to stakeholders.
- Work with the latest technologies ensuring the applications delivered are high-performing highly available responsive and maintainable.

Required technical and professional expertise
- 2+ years of experience in application and Java development
- Programming Languages: Proficient in Java and JavaScript for backend and frontend development with strong object-oriented design and asynchronous programming skills.
- Database Management: Skilled in writing optimized SQL queries for relational databases; experienced in data modeling performance tuning and database integration within enterprise systems.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Tekton for building cloud-native CI/CD pipelines would be beneficial if the individual had knowledge of Oracle DB.
