Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design develop test and support SAPUI5/Fiori applications using SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Develop and extend SAP Fiori apps using SAP Fiori Elements freestyle development and the SAP Business Application Studio.
• Create and maintain OData services for front-end and back-end integration.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to understand user requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform testing debugging and performance optimization of Fiori apps to ensure user satisfaction and efficient operation.
• Maintain and support existing SAP Fiori apps implementing enhancements and fixing bugs as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with SAPUI5 Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) trends and innovations.
• Participate in code reviews design discussions and software development lifecycle activities including post-deployment support.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4 up to 7 years of experience in SAPUI5/Fiori development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• Proficiency in developing SAP Fiori apps both freestyle and Fiori Elements-based.
• Strong experience with SAPUI5 framework JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with OData services and SAP Gateway.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio and SAP Web IDE.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and best practices for UI/UX.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) concepts and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
• Flexibility to work in different time zones.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP certifications related to SAPUI5/Fiori or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience with RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model).
• Knowledge of integration with ABAP HANA and CDS views.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
