Job Title:

Application Developer/Programmer, DBA

Job Description:

You will be responsible for database design and Application development to manage data, documents, and reports in an Engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

Database Design / Application Deveopment:

• Provoide maintenance and support for exising ASP.NET MVC C# applications that stores and retrieve data utilizing an Oracle and MSSQL databases.
• Migrate multiple applications written in Oracle Applicaton Express (APEX) to ASP.NET MVC.
• Design/Create/Modify applications as required to meet the needs of the Engineering community.

Training/Testing:

• Create training materials and schedule training sessions (either in groups or individually)
• Communicate with personnel on new software releases or upgrades
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

User Support:

• Provide general Tech Support to Users throughout the Department
• Provide a physical presence in the workplace

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 Years of experience
• Strong work ethic
• Problem Solving
• Pay attention to detail at all times
