Job Description
Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Florham Park, NJ to manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. S/he will perform the following duties: develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing; maintain applications according to SLAs; work across the service delivery lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications; identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions to be implemented by the team; supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications; conduct project and issue management for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management; adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

Positions are based in Florham Park, NJ but require domestic travel up to 40% of an average work week. Telecommuting is permitted for this role but employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsiblepost-baccalaureate experience as Application Development Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience utilizing Java, Java2Enterprise Edition, Java Server Pages, Javascript, Cascading style sheets, Extensible Markup Language, Web Services, Oracle, and Structured Query Language; 5 years of experience in using Spring (MVC and JDBC) Framework, Hibernate, and Struts using Service Oriented Architecture and Micro Services for application design and development; 5 years of experience in utilizing Web Technologies Including Ext Js, Ext Scheduler, and Application Design & Development; and 5 years of experience in using HTML5, JQUERY, Modern Web/Responsive UI, and JSP for application design and development.
