Application Support Analyst

3MD, Inc. dba Denali Advanced Integration seeks a full-time qualified Application Support Analyst in Redmond, WA to analyze business and data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex business applications in Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics CRM to support Denali's global entities. The Application Support Analyst will perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitation. He/she will provide 2nd level support for critical business applications such as ERP and ITSM tools; collaborate with accounting; create reports from the database and analytical applications including but not limited to Crystal and MS SSRS; and provide additional programming changes to applications as directed by management.

Essential Functions include:• Assist with software integrations, data imports, and data exports• Troubleshoot application errors reported by end-users• Monitor systems for proper operation• Collaborate closely with the accounting department• Collaborate closely with global operation & technical teams in both mornings and evenings• Design and create Crystal Reports• Create Microsoft Reports with SSRS Experience• Query data from Microsoft SQL Server• Create analytical applications including but not limited to Crystal and MS SSRS• Develop interfaces to existing applications, other newly implemented applications, or project deliverables• Coordinate upgrades and maintenance on supported applications/infrastructure• Maintain and trouble-shoot providing analysis, problem resolution, and/or small enhancements in the production environment

This Application Support Analyst position requires a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or foreign degree equivalent; and 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate IT application experience. In addition, the applicant must have each of the following:

• 3 years managing application systems in database and web environments recording and solving application support issues from customers.
• 3 years of collective experience supporting Dynamics 365 F&O/AX and Dynamics CRM for global entities managing security access and user privileges, master data workflows and processes, integrations with 3rd party solutions, tax rules and configuration for global entities, and warehouse and inventory configurations in the system.
• 3 years of project management for large systems in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX.
• 3 years working with agile methodology.
• 3 years of collective experience in software development using object-oriented programming, Microsoft Windows and Server, IT infrastructure (databases, operating systems, and local area networks), and large system software development and implementation (using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or ERP products).

Experience may be gained concurrently. Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Background checks required.
