Apprentice / Shop Helper – $21-$22/hr + Benefits!

New Phase Electrical is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in adual role—part time in our shop and part time in the field as an electrical apprentice. About the Role: This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work. You’ll spend time in our shop handling inventory, pulling materials for upcoming jobs, and completing pick-up/drop-off runs. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in the field working alongside our technicians. Key Responsibilities: • Organize and manage shop inventory • Pull and prepare materials for scheduled jobs • Pick up and deliver materials to job sites • Assist field technicians with installations and other on-site work • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: • 1–3 years of related work experience preferred • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Fast learner with a willingness to take initiative • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required • Annual drug screen and background checks required What We Offer: • Pay: $21–$22/hour • Full benefits package after 90 days • Eligibility to enroll in ourApprentice Programafter 90 days • Opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a company committed to quality, safety, and professional growth, we’d love to hear from you.
