Your Role and Responsibilities

We are more than 500 employees located at Euratechnologie in Lille all driven by innovation teamwork and customer satisfaction.
IBM Client Innovation Center operates in the most requested technologies on the market for clients located throughout France.
IBM CIC Lille is looking for its next work-study employee.

As an Apprentice Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will participate in different missions:

– Writing our ads and publishing them on our career site and our partner sites
– Screening CVs and occasionally making initial telephone contact with candidates
– Monitoring the various stages of the recruitment process for our candidates
– Sending recruitment proposals to our candidates
– Drafting of employment contracts for our future employees as well as the completion of legal declarations related to these hirings
– Preparing the integration (various access requests collecting personal documents sending welcome emails)

Other tasks related to recruitment may be entrusted to you as your skills increase.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
You are autonomous while enjoying working in a team and you are a source of ideas. Finally you are dynamic a good listener and above all rigorous in order to respect the IBM internal recruitment process.
