Contexte & Activités
Les équipes Infosys sont pluridisciplinaires (multi-technologies, domaines fonctionnel et technique), globales (locales et offshore) et multiculturelles : vous travaillerez exclusivement dans un contexte international, majoritairement en anglais

Key responsibilities:

• Work on activities related to supply chain process : PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, , SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring)
• Stock level management in SAP system : stock optimization
• Manual PO Placement
• Collaboration with suppliers
• Communication with the Production to give visibility on deliveries
• Missing parts management
• Dispute Management
• SAP parameter setting for optimization
• Identify risks and set up action by anticipation
• To interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work
• Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
• Provide weekly operational reports
• Document process documentation and standard methodologies
• Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
• Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

• Good French (min. C1)
• Good English (min. B2)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service
• At least Bachelor Degree
