That's Nice, But What's the Job?

The Arbitration Coordinator will support the Arbitration Manager for any arbitrations related to retail and wholesale grade units purchased through auction channels.

Coordinating with multiple department leads to gather information, submit and track arbitrations and communicate with auctions.

• Gather all relevant information necessary to facilitate a negotiation and resolution
• Maintain accurate and complete files on purchased vehicles
• Posses knowledge of auction arbitration policies
• Coordinate and manage cases; ensures information is entered and maintained in an online case management system; utilizes discretion and independent judgment by applying high-level knowledge and understanding of the DriveTime Family of Brand's rules and procedures on assigned cases.
• Escalates matters to management as appropriate.

• Organization and time management skills in spades. You'll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritizethenre-prioritize again.
• Operate autonomously. This isn't a "hold your hand" kind of role. We give you autonomy to be creative in your space and do your thing. We need an individual that is self-motivated to get the work done and get the work done well.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.
• A mind for the details. Okay we know "detail-oriented" is on about every job description - but we really mean it!

• Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize databases/systems to review and verify documentation and information
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal documents and business correspondence
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
