Architect, Unified Solutions Infrastructure

AAA is hiring for a Unified Solutions Infrastructure Architect to join our team!

This position can work from home. The selected candidate must reside within the AAA Club Alliance territory.

The primary duties are:

• Lead the technical design associated with a given project or implementation
• Serve as point of contact for all technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce appropriate design artifacts, including but not limited to: New or updated context diagrams, Deployment diagrams, Design documents

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Science or Engineering. BS or BA in other disciplines is acceptable, supplemented with adequate relevant experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience.Prior experience as a solutions architect is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience with Avaya Aura platform, System/Session Manager, CMS, Elite Multichannel and Experience Portal

• At least 5 years of experience with Nice WFO environment
• At least 2 years of experience with Cisco Video environment
• At least 2 years of experience with Unified Communication and Messaging platforms
