Architect/Project Manager

Job Summary: Michael Muroff Architect DPC is seeking an Architect/Project Manager, with minimum 3-5 years of experience, for an architecture firm specializing in housing and hospitality. The candidate will be an ambitious, self-starter, with excellent organizational and communication skills to complement an established design firm. Someone who enjoys the excitement of building something great and appreciates working in a collaborative and comfortable TEAM environment! Qualifications/Responsibilities: ~ Proficiency with AutoCAD, InDesign, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe applications, Microsoft Suite ~ Knowledge of Building Code and Zoning Resolutions a plus ~ Knowledge of building systems ~ Strong design and presentation skills ~ Aptitude for researching new materials, finishes, processes, and documents ~ Bachelor's degree in Architecture Responsibilities: ~Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others ~Prepare 3D presentation/design drawings ~Research building codes and zoning to prepare analyses ~Assist with construction administration throughout the process Competitive salary includes medical, 401K benefits, paid time off. The typical salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
