Armed Luxury Retail Security Officer Armed Security Officer – Luxury Retail (Las Vegas Strip) Pay:$21.50-$23.00 per hour Schedule: • Wednesday and Thursday 10am-9pm • Friday and Saturday 12pm-6pm Location:Las Vegas Strip – High-End Boutique Environment Environment:Air-conditioned indoor setting. High-end uniform (suit) provided. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (No Exceptions): • Current Nevada PILB Armed Work Card • Valid Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit • Up-to-date armed qualifications • Personal firearm, level 3 holster, and duty belt Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.Position Overview: We are hiring experienced Armed Security Officers to staff a high-profile, luxury retail boutique on the Las Vegas Strip. This is a standing post that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-facing presence. Key Responsibilities: • Stand post at boutique entry points and monitor customer traffic • Observe for suspicious activity and protect high-value merchandise • Conduct periodic interior patrols as needed • Monitor and respond to CCTV activity • De-escalate disturbances with discretion and professionalism • Enforce boutique policies, access control, and post orders • Complete incident and daily activity reports accurately Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of armed security experience • Prior experience in luxury retail security is required • Excellent situational awareness and judgment • Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills • Professional appearance, punctual, and dependable • Ability to stand for long periods Why Join Us: • Consistent weekly schedule • Fully air-conditioned environment • Premium client setting • Professional wardrobe provided
