Armed Luxury Retail Security Officer Boutique Officers in Luxury Brand/High End Retail Las Vegas Strip SMSSI is currently recruiting Boutique officers to work within a retail operation. This high profile boutique position will require long periods of standing in a high-end boutique observing pedestrian traffic and monitoring product. This is a standing post. Successful candidates will be provided with high-end attire (suits). ** OFFICERS WILL WORK IN AIR-CONDITIONED ENVIRONMENTS ** Position:High End Retail Security Officer - Armed Location:Las Vegas (Strip) Schedule:Friday & Saturday - 10AM - 10:30PM Sunday - 10AM-9:30PM Thursday - 5PM-9:30PM Pay Rate:$22 Per Hours • Must have at least 2 years armed security experience. • Previous Luxury Retail Security experience is a MUST • Need to have Current PILB Armed Work Card. • Need to have their own firearm with level 3 holster and duty belt. **NO EXCEPTIONS OR CONSIDERATIONS OTHERWISE** If you are not up to date on your armed qualifications you will not be considered! Primary Purpose and Function The Security Officer is responsible for providing security services at assigned Boutique locations with a focus on observing and reporting. Duties include, but are not limited to monitoring and reporting all activity, reporting suspicious activities, suspicious persons, writing detailed narrative reports, maintaining daily activity reports (DAR’s), enforcing post orders, site rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and responding to emergency situations requiring security assistance. Essential Functions and Responsibilities The following are the duties that are necessary to satisfy the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis. • Responsible for executing security services as outlined in the Post Order Manual and accompanying policy and procedural guidelines and as directed by SMSSI Management. • May be responsible for conducting detailed counts alongside clients and maintaining count records. • Responsible for identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions or hazards, and/or other emergency situations. • Responsible for site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which may include customer service, loss prevention, retail security, lobby/visitor reception, and/or a variety of other safety and security roles. • Write detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports during shift, including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved. Responsible for contacting appropriate individuals (Site Supervision, Field Management, etc.) as directed by site post orders or as needed during shift. Why St. Moritz?
