Armed Messenger Day Shift

We’re hiring for an Armed Messenger to help with safe, timely and secure transport of customer valuables and/or cargo. An Armed Messenger is a uniformed position that includes driving and guarding. You will love this job if you are someone who prides themselves on being reliable, will roll up their sleeves and have a passion for helping customers. Axiom Armored Offers:Starting wage is $25.00 per hour. Additional consideration for experience. Other benefits include Paid Vacation Time, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Life - AD&D Insurance and Simple IRA Plan after one year of employment for Full-Time position. Average hours per day may vary between 8 hours to 12 hours. Qualifications to be considered: · Must successfully pass an extensive pre-employment background check and drug screen including Marijuana · Able to obtain and maintain an active guard and firearm permits as required by state regulations · Possess a valid driver license with No Suspensions or DUI’s. A CDL license is NOT required. · Must successfully pass a DOT physical and maintain a DOT medical card. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age or older per DOT regulations. · Willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions · Ability to read, write, and understand English and basic math functions · Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and smart phone applications Who we are:Axiom Armored Transport operates along the western United States, from Fairbanks, Alaska to Phoenix, Arizona.
