Armed Officers - Attention Prior Military/Law Enforcement

Each candidate must have achieved at leastONEof the following to qualify: • Military service that included law enforcement or security duties or support in a combat zone • Eight years’ active service in any military branch • Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice • Associate degree in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service • Graduation from a certified public safety academy in law enforcement, adult corrections or firefighting Inter-Con is searching for motivated individuals to fill the exciting role of an Armed Security Officer Specific benefits include: • Competitive Pay • Benefits such as medical, dental & vision for those who are eligible Minimum Qualifications • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent • Armed Guard Card *****MUST Have Level 3 Guard Card***** • Fluent in both the written and spoken English language • Possess a valid Driver's License • Possess a high school diploma. • Have a minimum of two (2) years of Armed experience. • May be required to perform emergency duties which require physical exertion such as: standing or walking for an entire shift, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying up to 50lbs. and running. Security Officer All Level III Commissioned Security Officers shall meet and maintain State of Texas required certification and licensing. Officers must comply fully with all Texas laws and regulations as required by Texas Department of Public Safety PSB. All Commissioned Officers must be armed in a manner consistent with State of Texas requirements and must maintain current firearms certification. Commissioned Security Officers shall perform their duties in a manner consistent with the Federal and State of Texas constitutions, all applicable laws, and Client Policies.
