Job Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES β€’ Verifies and pays jackpots accurately & timely β€’ Provides secure and reliable transport of cash to customers at off-site locations β€’ Provides excellent customer service at all times β€’ Practice heightened security protocol and safety procedures β€’ Asset protection β€’ Demonstrate competence ensuring accuracy Safety in the operation of company vehicles Perform all duties inside and outside of vehicles β€’ Comply with all licensure and/or certification related to operating company vehicles β€’ Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures β€’ Comply with federal and state safe driving standards and practices β€’ Comply with state and company standards related to carrying and use of a firearm β€’ Reconcile all valuables at the beginning and end of each shift β€’ Demonstrate security awareness when performing all tasks associated with the armed guard/drawer fill positions β€’ Minor machine repair at times β€’ Employs use of all senses to assess threat conditions - reports all suspicious activity to base and/or law enforcement QUALIFICATIONS β€’ High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred β€’ At least six (6) months' experience as armed guard preferred β€’ At least six (6) months of cash handling experience β€’ Must be 21 years of age β€’ Must possess a valid unrestricted state driver's license within the jurisdiction in which the company operates β€’ Must have or apply for & receive a Gaming Registration with the NV Gaming Control Board β€’ Must have a valid CCW β€’ Must be able to read, write and speak English in order to effectively and efficiently follow directions, document incidents, write statements and communicate with co-workers and customers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT β€’ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with this job description β€’ Frequently stepping in and out of the vehicle β€’ Frequently required to bend (placement of currency and lifting) and twist β€’ Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke & high noise levels β€’ Consistent outdoor work delivering and retrieving currency at public customer locations β€’ Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards β€’ Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. or more at any given time β€’ Must be able to comply with all physical & mental requirements β€’ Lengthy periods operating a company vehicle and/or guarding liability requiring tolerance of restricted space β€’ Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English #CGTGaming Base Pay Range: $19.00-$20.00 This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
