Position Overview We are currently hiringArmed Security Officersto work fixed post sites across theDallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Officers will provide access control, surveillance, and response services to commercial, residential, and corporate client properties. This is a professional role requiring vigilance, situational awareness, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Maintain a visible, professional armed security presence at assigned site(s) • Control access points and enforce client policies • Conduct foot patrols of property and monitor for suspicious activity • Respond quickly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies • Write detailed reports (daily logs, incident reports, etc.) • Provide excellent customer service to clients, residents, and visitors • Maintain constant communication with supervisors and dispatch Requirements • Active Texas Level III Commission License(required) • At least21 years of age • Must be active inTOPS(no pending cases) • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation • Smartphone and email access • Physically able to stand and walk for long periods • Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing • Must be available fornights, weekends, and holidays Uniform & Gear Requirements All officers are required to report instandard tactical black-on-black uniformand must have the following gear: • Black uniform shirt & pants(provided upon hire for first set) • Tactical Safe Life Defense outer vest(required) • Level 3 retention duty holsterwith firearm • Firearm with mounted TLR weapon light(mandatory) • Two (2) pairs of handcuffs • Duty flashlight • OC spray • Duty boots(black, no sneakers) Shift Details • Multiple post-site assignments available acrossDFW • Schedules vary by location (day & night shifts available) • Weekend & holiday availability required Application Questions • Do you own full-duty gear as listed above? • Are you available to work nights, weekends, and holidays? • Do you own a bulletproof vest or are you willing to obtain one? • Are you flexible to cover multiple site locations if needed?
