Job Title:Armed Commissioned Security Officer (Level III) Location:South San Antonio Area Pay:$25–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications (paid bi-weekly) Status:Full-Time Position Summary: First Responder Protective Services is actively hiringFlex/Part time Armed Commissioned Security Officers (Level III)to work at construction site locations in theSouth San Antonio area. This is a high-visibility position requiring vigilance, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and asset protection. Responsibilities: • Provide armed protection for construction sites, equipment, and personnel • Conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence on-site • Monitor site activity and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity • Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports • Enforce site-specific rules and company policies • Respond to emergencies and contact appropriate authorities when necessary • Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start for proper briefing and readiness • Follow post orders and supervisor instructions with diligence Requirements: • ValidTexas Level III (Commissioned) Security License • Must pass a background check & drug test • Reliable transportation and personal cell phone • Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving history • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods • Strong communication and incident documentation skills • Must stay alert and attentive throughout entire shift • No use of personal electronic devices unless authorized • Professional appearance and conduct at all times Preferred Qualifications: • Priormilitary,law enforcement, orsecurityexperience • Previous construction site security experience • High school diploma or GED • Strong customer service or public-facing background Benefits: • $25–$30/hourdepending on qualifications & experience • Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit • Overtime(1.5x pay) after 40 hours per week • Company-paid uniforms and duty gear (excluding firearm & holster) • Reimbursement program for work footwear • For Full-Time Employees additional benefits include: • • Up to$300/monthcompany contribution toward health insurance • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available after first month) • 401(k)with up to4% company match • Paid Time Off (PTO)accrual: • • Year 1: Up to 7 days (56 hours) • Year 2: Up to 10 days (80 hours) • Year 5+: Up to 15 days (120 hours) • Opportunities for advancement to supervisory roles Posted By: First Responder Protective Services 4006 Belt Line Rd, Suite 138 Addison, TX 75001 Texas Department Of Public Safety Private Security Program License # C10520601
