Our creative execution knows no bounds. Team members are encouraged to bring their distinctive perspectives and talents to a variety of creative domains, including strategy, graphic design, media (audio, video, photo), experiential design and fabrication, content creation, and copywriting. Reporting to the Creative Director, each Art Director possesses a distinctive creative perspective. Together the team of AD, SAD, ACD, and CD excel in crafting exceptional strategies and concepts, effortlessly transforming visions into reality across digital and physical environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Management
o Under the guidance of the SAD, ACD, and CD, manage the creative execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
o Collaborate with other ADs, SADs, ACDs, CDs, Chief Creative Officer, and partner departments (Account, Production, Events, Media Studio). o Maintain high standards, ensuring creative work aligns with client goals, agency standards, and brief strategies within deadlines and budgets. o Pay meticulous attention to detail in creative asset execution.

Interdisciplinary Creative Concepting
o Assist in the development and execution of visually compelling concepts for various projects, including print, digital, video, podcast, interactive, merchandise, and live/virtual events.
o Engage in brainstorming sessions and workshops, contributing innovative ideas from diverse creative disciplines.
o Assist in multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving, incorporating insights from different creative domains.

o Be able to communicate creative concepts and strategies to your internal teams and be able to have a clear point of view on your contributions.

Client Leadership
o Serve as a support to the SAD, ACD, CD, and CCO in client
presentations.
o Understand the client’s brand and expectations fully.
o Have a good understanding of the creative brief and be able to assess the challenges they are having and if our creative solutions are meeting those challenges.

Interdepartmental and Vendor Collaboration
o Promote a culture of creative excellence by enhancing team
communication.
o Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication and workflow optimization.
o Foster relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with
creative objectives and project expectations.
o Ensure adherence to customer brand standards and guidelines while
collaborating effectively with external vendors.
o Actively assist in new business pitch preparation, providing valuable input and creative execution to the IG and Events team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS + ABILITIES
• 2-3 years of professional, full-time experience as a graphic designer.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Working knowledge of SketchUp, and other 2D and 3D design platforms. Working knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint.
• User experience and wire-framing design proficiency.
• Experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
• Experience in WordPress is a plus.

Experience with branding, merchandise design, photography, and video are a plus.
Detail oriented, dependable, responsible, and good communication skills. Must be a self-motivated and flexible team player who is able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Passion for creating clean, usable designs that are compelling to users.
EDUCATION + TRAINING
• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline preferred
• Relevant certifications in graphic, 3D, video/film design/production, branding, or related disciplines preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Able to sit for long periods of time and look at a computer screen.
