Artificial Intelligence Tech Lead at WinDifferent We're seeking an AI leader to spearhead our AI team, reporting to the CTO, and focused on creating new AI-related products for the BairesDev Group. In this role, you'll lead the AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and unblocking challenges while working hands-on to develop new products, create new features, and ensure overall performance. You'll establish and document best practices, transfer knowledge across teams, serve as a point of contact for upper management, and interact with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of several products that have already shown great initial results and scale them to new heights, driving our innovative efforts forward. What you will do: • Lead the AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring and unblocking challenges. • Work hands-on developing new products, creating new features and ensuring stability. • Serve as point of contact for upper management, interacting with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs. • Establish and document best practices as well as transferring knowledge to teams across the organization. What we are looking for: • 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence. • 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML). • 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering. • 1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP). • Solid background in software development. • Experience with LLMs & Generative AI. • Leadership experience. • Advanced level of English.
