Overview We are seeking a dedicated Asphalt Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt in paving . This role involves working on various construction sites, assisting with asphalt paving projects, to ensure the successful completion of tasks. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of construction sites for asphalt paving. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Qualifications • Previous experience in construction or asphalt paving is preferred. • A plus if can operating heavy machinery • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on construction sites. • Must reliable and communicate! • Must be flexible with time some jobs can take longer than others.
