Asphalt Laborer-Lute Man, Shoveler, General Laborer

**NOW HIRING FOR ALL POSITIONS** We are looking for motivated and reliable asphalt crew members with experience however, willing to train. Paving, raking, luting, shoveling, sealcoating, line striping, etc. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and works well in a team. Experience required. *1-2-Years Experience (Preferred) * Valid Driver's License (Required for Crew Lead-Preferred for Crew) *Strong understading of proper paving and sealcoating techniques *Knowledge of Mixture Rates for Sealant a plus! *Assist with clean-up, equipment maintenance, and other general labor as needed *Ability to Work Nights, Weekends, Holidays, etc. *Out of Town Work Will Be Required from Time to Time *MUST be Punctual & On-Time When Scheduled *References Will Be Verified & Required *MUST Have the Ability to Work Long Hours in the Heat, Pushing/Pulling 50lbs+, Bending, Lifting, etc. **Candidate Must be Flexible with Role Performance-May Be Asked To Perform Other Tasks than Asphalt Labor** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 12 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Holidays • Monday to Friday • Night shift • Overtime • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
