KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions): · Leadership, Management & Accountability of Installation staff · Installation support and training · Communication with customers about their project · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services · Quality control · Review jobs before and after installation with installation team · Subcontractor follow up · Post-install job file audit · Scheduling remodeling projects & service calls · Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity · Data entry and maintenance in CRM Must Have · 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience · Reliable transportation to get to and from the office · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · High attention to detail · Excellent customer service skills · Organizational skills · Ability to problem solve · Ambition and be self-motivated · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
