Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- You will support service unit managers.
- You will organize and plan conferences, customer visits and company event.
- You will do general administration tasks such as calendar admin, meeting and schedule for department, employee announcements.
- You will support tin travel and visa applications for event visitors and also support administrative internal workflow.
- You will support in office supply sourcing, support in SAP process such as expense and invoice payment and related activities for company event expenses.
