Part - Time Assistant, Athletic Marketing - FY 2026 Job Description The Athletics Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Assistant Director, Athletics/Coordinator, Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Directors and other Campus Recreation staff in a positive and professional manner. • Assists in planning and executing sports marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. • Helps to develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors. • Provides support in conducting market research and analyzing data to help make informed decisions. • Helps to create marketing materials such as social media posts, presentations, and ad copy. • Assists with coordinating athletes and influencers for promotional events and appearances. • Provides administrative support such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, key fob log, and room reservations. • Actively monitors social media and online communities to stay informed about trends and conversations. • Helps to plan and execute fan engagement activities such as contests and giveaways. • Provides exceptional customer service to fans, clients, and partners. • Assist the Administrative Office staff with other duties as assigned.
