Assistant Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a sharp, detail-drivenAssistant Project Managerto support project execution and coordination for interior scopes on data center construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of construction processes who are ready to grow their career in mission-critical environments. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and field teams to ensure timely communication, documentation, and execution. Responsibilities: • Assist in the creation and management of project schedules, submittals, RFIs, and procurement logs. • Maintain regular communication with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to track deliverables. • Help track and manage change orders and assist with cost control documentation. • Coordinate field logistics, materials tracking, and punch list activities with the Superintendent and Foreman. • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and support the preparation of OAC reports. • Participate in site visits and assist with QA/QC and closeout activities. Requirements: • 2–4 years of commercial construction experience, with at least some exposure to data center or complex interior projects. • Strong organizational and administrative skills. • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software. • Willingness to travel frequently for project needs.
