Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our team! The ideal candidate will support the Controller in managing our organization's financial operations. The Assistant Controller will help with financial reporting, banking, internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Assistant Controller will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing crucial information for strategic decision-making. Dutiesand Responsibilities • Internal Controls and Compliance • Accounts Payable Oversight • Teams Supervision and Development • Financial Reporting and Analysis • Financial System and Process Improvements • Support intercompany objectives Experience, Competencies, and Education • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 3-5 years related experience required. • Prior supervisory experience of 1-2 years related experience required. • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. • Excellent financial report writing skills with attention to detail. • Ability to analyze financial data effectively for decision-making purposes. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in using various accounting software tools for efficient reporting. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in all financial dealings.
