What You’ll Do As theAssistant Culinary Managerof ourflagship Batbox location in Addison, Texasyou’re the right-hand to the Culinary Manager and a key member of our leadership team. You empower the BOH crew, lead day-to-day kitchen operations, and step in as Acting Culinary Manager when needed. • Craft Legendary Experiences:Guide the BOH team to deliver consistently high-quality food, while partnering with the Event team to knock private parties and special events out of the park. • Powered by People:Hire, train, and coach the kitchen team with empathy and energy, building a culture where everyone levels up and feels valued. • Build for Tomorrow:You support BOH planning, inventory, scheduling and BOH processes and systems. • Impact Beyond the Game:Lead safety initiatives, health training, and daily walk-throughs to ensure a compliant and proactive kitchen environment.You will be frequently walking and standing, and may be involved in lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds (e.g., stock, signage, or light equipment).
