Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN (3 to 5 years experience) Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of nursing administration, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage nursing operations effectively while fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
Duties
• Lead and manage the nursing staff, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Oversee documentation review processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care systems and improve overall healthcare delivery.
• Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement improvements as necessary in acute care settings.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and promote teamwork among nursing personnel.
• Stay current with best practices in nursing management and healthcare trends to inform decision-making.
Requirements
• Valid nursing license with extensive experience in nursing management or administration.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy.
• Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs within acute care environments.
• Proficient in documentation review processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
