Job Description: The primary role of the Assistant Director of Nursing is to assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, coordinating, mentoring, training and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company’s regulations to secure the highest level of quality care is provided.
