Hiring: Assistant Executive KM, Full-Service Upscale, High Volume (Scratch Kitchen) Location: Avondale, AZ Pay: up to $70k-$90k + 10% Bonus Potential Responsibilities • AEKM will Partner with Executive Kitchen Manager, ensure menu items are executed with excellence • Deliver high quality, great tasting food to meet company standards • Proper food safety, sanitation, and profitability • Promote teamwork and superior guest experience Skills • Passion for culinary excellence • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills • Sound decision making and efficient problem solving • High level of initiative, motivation and teamwork • Time management and deadline oriented • Ability to multitask Requirements • 3+ years experience Kitchen Management in Full-Service, High Volume Upscale Restaurant • Scratch Kitchen experience preferred • Education: High school diploma or higher • Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary is a plus Benefits • Bonus • 401K match • World Class Benefits • PTO • Career Development Opportunities & more… Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
