Job Description
- Primary support provided in the Group CEO’s office
- Acting as PA to the Advisor to the GCEOÂ
- Complex calendar management of Advisor to the GCEO and assisting with the calendar management of the GCEO
- Coordinating logistics for both domestic and international travel and accommodations (incl visa, ground transport and catering arrangements).
- Managing special projects related to the organizational needs and priorities as requested by leadership
- Adjust travel, meetings, and logistics as needed with a constantly changing schedule
- Providing also some targeted support to other members of the senior management
- Consolidate and submit monthly travel expenses
- Coordinate and help prioritize internal and external meetings, calls, events, ensuring relevant teams and/or partners are aware or included
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience as an Assistant (either as team assistant or personal assistant)
- Fluent English skills, German is a clear advantage
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Great degree of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing business environment
- Ability to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings and events, routinely gather, collate and classify data
- Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize
- Strong sense of accountability, personal initiative, and responsibility
