Job Description

The Assistant Hygiene Manager’s role within our Resorts plays a significant role in ensuring the progress of the Food Safety Management System in the hotel. As Assistant Hygiene Manager you will ensure all the team members are competent and trained. You are responsible for coordination with third party auditors for Food Safety Management System. You are also responsible for conducting regular inspection of all food preparation, handling and serving areas and preparing the monthly Hygiene & Safety report.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health or any related field

• HACCP Certificate Holder

• Previous related experience in the field

• Passion for leadership and teamwork

• Experience of budget management and reporting

• Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Procedures
