Job Description

Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitization in medium-sized companies. With almost 1,000 highly qualified employees, OS develops and operates the most modern IT systems for our customers, ensures long-term system support, and maintains the availability of critical business processes. 

Purpose

Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. Frequently communicates with senior level internal and external contacts and is regularly exposed to confidential data. Has a thorough knowledge of the principal's accountabilities and method of operation and a high level of tact and integrity due to the sensitive nature of information. Works independently with only general guidance on a variety of special projects. Typically reports to the Managing Director.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Communicating and coordinating principal's instructions and desires with various individuals and departments.
  • Frequently communicating with senior level internal /Board of Directors/ and external contacts and is regularly exposed to confidential data.
  • Furnishing and obtaining information from other principals or outside representatives.
  • Receiving and screening telephone calls, letters and visitors, answers routine questions and obtains and furnishes information to save supervisor's time.
  • Scheduling appointments, arranges meetings, conferences, workshops and business trips.
  • Organizing and maintains principal's correspondence and records, follows up on pending matters with limited direction.
  • Creating drafts correspondence for principal's final approval.
  • Preparing special reports, gathers, summarizes, and analyzing data.
  • Organizing and preparing complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications. May act as an office resource for word processing and spreadsheet application.
  • Organizing and expediting flow of work through supervisor's office and initiates any follow-up action.
  • Providing support to internal and external visitors.
  • Preparing agenda for the meetings, gathers documents, taking notes at the meetings and processing the the notes for further actions.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • have Economics – Master’s degree
  • have at least 3 years experience within similar position
  • have advanced knowledge of MS office (focus on Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
  • are communicative, have good presentation and negotiations skills and a very good time management 
  • have knowledge of relevant internal HR and Finance processes
  • speak English - Advanced (C2)
  • speak German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100 € /brutto.

* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
