Job Description
- Qualification: MBA or Post Graduate with degree in Human Resource.
Top Skills & Proficiencies: Proactive, Self-starter, Customer centricity, Data Analytics skills, High responsiveness, Problem-Solving ability, Communication Skills, Influencing and stakeholder management.
- Desirable to have spent 5-7 in a HR role in the diverse sector/industry.
- Preference: Exposure of Workday HRIS
- The candidate should have and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for undertaking HR shared services/Operations activities along with engagement activities.
- Responsible for key processes in Employee Life cycle for the FME India- Joining, Induction, Transfers, Probation confirmation, Exits, HR MIS, Rewards & Recognition, etc.
- Initiation of Background verification checks/process & closing with HRBPS
- Completion of pre joining formalities & ensuring compliance to it.
- To conduct new joiner onboarding and induction session on HR policies, completion of joining kits with required documentation, IT assets, mail creation, etc.
- Issuance of appointment letters and new joiner joining kit
- Complete all the employee’s personal files and process documentation in line with requirement of the HR compliance framework.
- To drive and close the employee probation and confirmation process as per the required timelines
- HR MIS: Master data Updation & maintenance
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics/Dashboard
- Monthly & Quarterly reports || FTE & Turnover reports
- HRIS: Workday Support & communication
- HRIS: Support in Local HRIS, communication and timely employee record maintenance
- New joiner & resignee payroll input collation
- Vendor Management - contracting, invoicing as per requirement
- Respond to employees’ queries on a timely basis with correct information
- Enhance employee satisfaction by Ensuring prompt resolution of employee queries & maintaining cordial employee relations
- Planning, Organizing & executing the monthly and quarterly
- R&R celebration as per our rewards & recognition framework.
- Driving and celebrating – special days and annual festivals as per the calendar.
- HR projects- contribution in engagement initiatives like Kids Day, Women’s Day celebrations, Great Place to Work certification, HR analytics, etc.
- HR Compliance- Ensuring internal controls on SAP related to job changes and authorizations changes, execution of conflict of interest forms for role changes/ promotion cases.
