Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance) 1 To provide prompt support for Smart meters getting deployed at Jharkhand & Tripura (through Techno) 2 Assisting in field support activities for Smart meters at Assam (Intellismart & Adani) 3 Assistance during Sample meter testing at WBSEDCL, APDCL, CESC, Tata Power Odisha Utilities 4 Software (BCS) support to the Customers 5 Service Complaints & Support related activities at WBSEDCL Labs & Stores, CESC, Tata Odisha Utilities & PGCIL 6 Payment & BG related follow-ups with Utilities, MRC/SRV collection from Utilities' Stores, Seals collection from Customer's (Tata-Odisha) Stores Functional Competencies Behavioural Competencies 1. Knowledge in Energy metering
