Job Description

The Wayne State University School of Medicine (WSU SOM) Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases is currently seeking a faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level (salary determined by qualifications and experience of successful candidate) on the clinical-educator track.  The Infectious Diseases program is a collaborative effort between Wayne Health (WH) and WSU SOM.  As a member of WH, the physician will participate in the clinical activities of the division including rounding on the Infectious Diseases inpatient service and staffing outpatient clinics.  As a faculty member of WSU SOM, research opportunities will be available through the Department of Internal Medicine and the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching medical students, and residents.
