Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support project management efforts in the construction industry, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. • Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Conduct construction estimating and assist in the preparation of contracts. • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions as necessary. • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including meeting notes and progress reports. Requirements • Strong understanding of construction estimating processes. • Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for blueprint reading and contract analysis. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
