You will execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant.
How you will contribute
You will:

• Directly manage projects based on best-in-class commercialization process to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives; Assess and recommend any simplification process that can improve speed to market while maintaining cost and quality objectives
• Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups; develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary.
• Ensure that project scope and timing take into consideration minimizing waste (raw, pack and finished goods write-offs) and reducing complexity (utilising existing asset platforms, managing SKU proliferation) to the business; champion these activities within the business and project teams
• Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning (for relevant projects) takes place, is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders and is acted on if necessary to keep the project on track or to accelerate the project if the business need exists
• Ensure timely project close and evaluation to capture key learnings and share to stakeholders for future learning loop
• Assist in putting together information to provide for good decision-making
• Assist Project Leaders in gathering cross-functional inputs for project submissions to ensure complete information and thorough understanding of the project upon submission in PAM and MOR
• Alert PCDM on critical issues that require senior management decision in order to raise in PAM and/or MOR discussion; provide necessary update and information to assist in decision making
• Manage project following I2M & IIM principles including best practices
• Ensure quality project information in the system
• Initiate the finished good master data setup and communicate completed information to all stakeholders so all information systems can be properly set up to produce, ship, sell and invoice our products
• Create Master Data, Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings and report to project team; Organize trials and FPA's (e.g. materials, team logistics etc.)

What you will bring

• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
• Possess financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, Technology & Engineering automation basics.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a consumer products environment, typically in a Supply Chain / Production / Procurement / RDQ / Project Management role
• Good ability to work with cross functional team; shows drive to excel; keen attention to details
