Join RISE as an Assistant Property Manager – Starting at $60,000+ Based on Experience We’re looking for a confident, experiencedAssistant Property Managerto help lead a thriving, stabilized community. This is not a “learn on the job” role — you’ll be stepping into a position where leadership, decision-making, and communication are key to keeping our operations strong and our residents happy. When the Property Manager is off-site, you’ll be the go-to leader — making smart decisions, guiding the team, and keeping everything on track. Compensation & Benefits • Salary:Starting at $60,000+ based on experience • Generous PTO:Vacation, sick time, service time off, and a floating holiday • Coverage You Can Count On:Medical, dental, vision, EAP • 401K:Strong company match • Insurance Eligibility:First of the month following hire • Quarterly Bonus Potentialfor performance success Key Responsibilities • Partner with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a stabilized community • Lead, motivate, and hold the team accountable for follow-through on commitments and operational excellence • Step in to make operational and resident-related decisions when the Property Manager is not on-site • Maintain strong communication with investors, vendors, and residents, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness • Execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive retention and occupancy • Review budgets, financial reports, and KPI tracking, assisting the Property Manager with strategic decisions • Handle resident concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience • Support training and development of the team What We’re Looking For • Minimum2+ years as an Assistant Property Manager(or Property Manager in a smaller community) with strong leadership skills • Exceptional communication — verbal, written, and interpersonal — with the ability to interact confidently with investors, vendors, residents, and your team • Proven marketing success in resident retention and/or occupancy growth • Comfortable leading the team and addressing performance issues with professionalism and clarity • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the confidence to act when the Property Manager is away • High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll be more than a second-in-command — you’ll be a trusted leader and partner, making an impact every day.
